This photo model is DP800-2X4+SS, double layers 4lines with conveyor.
This series is special design for the Bottom-sealed bag, Flat bag and T-shirt bag. Machine also can make other shape’s bag by install some special devices.
With thick steel plate body, machine keep stable working even in high speed running state. Assemble with the International famous fittings, machine is stable and reliable performance, and provide quality and efficient services to you.
This model is without photocell.
-- All details setting can be changed easily from the touch screen, very convenient.
-- Servo motor controls bags’ length precisely.
-- The speed of servo motor will be adjusted automatically according to the bag making speed. Computer controls the inverter directly to make machine stop position precisely.
-- Machine will stop and alarm when: Bags jammed; Film finished or broken; Temperature over the setting value.
Optional: (must confirm it with machine order).
-- Feeding Systems: The standard of this series is 2 sets feeding systems, can choose 4sets or 6sets individual back feeding devices to work smoothly.
-- Conveyor: Will take out the finished bags in line, hands free.
-- Hot Needles Device: Heat needles for stacked bags (T-shirt bags).
